Images of the Week: Adele Releases “Easy on Me”

Fashion month may be officially over, but there’s still some notable events on the calendar. Naomi Campbell closed out Sarah Burton’s spring 2022 show for Alexander McQueen in London on Tuesday, dressed in a beaded black jacket and tights, with a tulle skirt. Still haven’t satisfied your appetite for fashion? Tune into Vogue’s latest installment of the In Vogue: The 2000s podcast, in which stylist Grace Coddington, photographer Annie Leibovitz, and model Natalia Vodianova discuss how the famous December 2003 Alice in Wonderland shoot came together.

Shifting gears from the runway to the silver screen, we got our first, surprise look at Timothée Chalamet as Willy Wonka earlier this week. The actor will be starring in a prequel to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory titled Wonka, which explores the candymaker’s backstory. A gift for your ears, Adele has released the first single off her upcoming album, 30. Were we emotionally prepared to hear “Easy on Me”? Probably not. And the tears will keep coming on November 19. Finally, the highly anticipated plays Thoughts of a Colored Man premiered on Wednesday, and The Lehman Trilogy opened on Thursday. Book your tickets, and see the images of the week below.
